HATHA YOGA
During hatha yoga, you use physical postures, or asanas, to align your body and allow energy to flow freely. You also learn breathing techniques, or pranayamas, which also help regulate the flow of energy and enable you to master your mind and attain balance.
BREATHING YOGA
Focuses on yoga breathing exercises(pranayama). It relaxes and heals your body and mind, helps to lose weight, breathing yoga includes also meditation.
VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Vinyasa is literally translated fromSanskrit as meaning "connection," . WE an interpret this as a connection between movement and breath. A really hard, advanced vinyasa flow class will, I promise you, be the hardest workout you’ve ever had. It’ll involve intense cardio and strength-building exercises, as well as some core work, a handful of asanas to increase flexibility, and some wildly fun acrobatic stuff that is reminiscent of Cirque du Soleil.
PILATES
Improves core strength, flexibility, agility and coordination without gaining mass of muscules.
BODY FLEX
Breathing exercises which after attending will result in weight loss and you will have an attractive appearance, flexible body, healthy breathing and spine.
STRETCHING
Stretch and lengthen your muscles from the inside out with Stretching class. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility and range of motion.

Is a functional training that helps to restore and strengthen the back and abdominal muscles.
